Please note our firm cancellation policy: Should you cancel 12 hours prior to the scheduled class, your class will be reinstated to your account. However, cancelling within that 12-hour window results in forfeiture of your class. For no-shows, not only will you lose your class, but a $10 no-show fee will also be charged.
